What We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, state, dental hygiene license number, license state, license expiration date, years of experience, and specialty focus. We may also collect information you voluntarily submit, such as product suggestions, and basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) to help us improve the site.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to verify your professional status and improve the directory experience, operate and secure your account, communicate with you about the platform, review user-submitted content, and improve RDH Index. Your information is not sold to third parties and is stored securely. License information is used solely to confirm professional eligibility and is not shared publicly.
Affiliate Links and Commissions
RDH Index uses affiliate links and may earn commissions on purchases made through those links, at no additional cost to you.
Email Communications and Partner Sharing
If you opted in during registration to receive product updates and offers from RDH Index and select dental industry partners, we may share your email address with carefully vetted dental industry partners. This sharing only occurs if you explicitly checked the optional consent box during signup. You may withdraw this consent at any time by updating your preferences in Account Settings or emailing support@rdhindex.com. If you did not opt in, your email will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
RDH Index does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting and authentication providers), and only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
Requesting Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing us at privacy@rdhindex.com. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
